2. Payment Terms

We accept secure payments through major platforms (credit/debit cards, EFT, PayFast, etc.). All prices listed include VAT (15%), and payment is required in full before your order is processed.

 

3. Shipping & Lead Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery takes 8–12 days from the order date.

• We currently ship across South Africa. International shipping coming soon!

• Shipping is handled by trusted partners like Aramex, FedEx, and EPX.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not:

• You may return your item within 7 working days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Returns are free, and refunds will be processed within 7 working days once the item is received and inspected.

• Sale items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged.

From time to time, we offer limited-time deals and promotions. These are subject to availability and may not be combined with other offers unless stated.

All our pieces are quality-checked before shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, so that we can assist you.
