At Karaokelijn, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll help:

Return Conditions
You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have original tags/packaging.
Sale items and custom-printed pieces are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged depending on stock.

How to Return
Email us at order@karaokelijn.co.za with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).
We’ll guide you through the return process.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the return.

Free Returns
We cover the cost of returns within South Africa. You don’t pay for shipping back to us!
